That word salad of his...his first two sentences he seems to know who putin is; then the next three, it's like he has no clue who putin is, and when he he is told (or reminded), he acts like he is the only one who knows it. I almost expected him to say "Do you know who putin is? I just learned he's the leader of russia. Did you know that? Amazing!"
