The first time my family ate there (it was either Cracker Barrel or an awful hotel breakfast of cold hardboiled eggs and cereal), we were introduced to that insanely addictive little pegboard game.

I got home and immediately ordered three of those silly things online and gave them out at Christmas.

I expected awful food. But the breakfast was great.
And that kitschy gift shop was a lot of fun, especially around Christmas time when all the sparkly stuff comes out.
