JD actually said this on MTP (he seems comfortable appearing there with his weak dishonest answers for some reason). To little pushback, he said "energetic diplomacy" will end the Ukraine war. He also, mind bogglingly said that Putin was "not at all" misleading trump.

This is an absolute joke. The attacks have increased since that ridiculous "summit"
in Alaska. And now the administration is offering up this pathetic, weak response. I dont like it! Waaaaaaa!!!!!! You literally could not write a more insane plot if this were fiction..
