I live in a dark red spot in Ohio now. Country turning suburban. It is getting brutal here. New construction everywhere around but the prices are off the charts and just keep going up. Rentals are springing up too but that is off the charts as well. Even so. Occupancy is running 90+ percent. Home lots are preselling a year in advance of occupancy.
