They'd just lie about it - and possibly are lying about it now. And diagnoses from video are a waste of time.

Continue pointing out what a trash human being he is - rapist, racist, misogynist, conman, supporter of Putin, etc. No need to ask him or his toadies questions about that, so that they can lie in return - lay out the facts.
