8. Flaming arrows will not work

When PVC - the material used to make scrim banners, such as the one you see here - reaches a certain temperature it offgasses chlorine, which stops fire from happening. If you want to get rid of the thing with fire, what you'll want is a flare gun. The flare will burn long enough that the chlorine will leave the area; once it's gone the material will burn.
