38. Well, it obviously happened since it's on video. But he may be experiencing a mental crisis.

From your article, he apparently threatened his firm by saying he would call Trump to help him against them, then he inexplicably gives "power of attorney" to a retired partner of the firm:

Bryant’s since announced that he’s “hereby delegating my power of attorney” to a retired Covington partner.

Sadly, he reminds me of a lawyer I knew who had a mental breakdown. He could be suffering PTSD from his army days.

It could explain the exchange seen in the video where the officers appear to say he is insane and Bryant shouts out, "I am not crazy! I am totally sane!"

I doubt these federal officers are trained to deal with someone undergoing a mental health crisis. I guess it's a minor miracle they didn't shoot him.
