Hmmmmmm .. ?
If Russia is 'collapsing', as we are told - it doesn't appear to be happening near fast enough.

(and for those that haven't twigged to the obvious - and thoroughly reported and analyzed - the 'peace talks' were essentially, and at core, nothing more than another con. from people whose track record ... should be signal enough.)
