Same warnings about education, disaster response, FAA, NOAA and DHS. But nothing phases the Congress to act.

Has everyone gone crazy? Are they whistling past the graveyard? Or do they have sinister take-over plans and we're merely watching the stage being built for a full-on dictatorship?
