8. Don't forget the million or so Israeli settlers.

Israel might allow a resort or two - though ts doubtful anyone will vacation there, let's be logical - but it will control and own Gaza and allow the Israeli squatters to "settle" it. How anyone could ever live on that "graveyard of children" - other people's children - is beyond me. It belongs to Palestinians whose families and people suffered and died there. It's been Arab/Muslim land for millennia and Israel has no right to it, not even biblically.
