74. They didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Bush said that buses were on their way to the convention center. So people walked from the Superdome to the convention center. There were no buses. There's water all over the place, but couldn't Bush have had a helicopter fly over to check to see if buses could make it to the location before he made that statement?

All those survivors stuck there, in the heat...with limited food and water etc. Apparently on Sept 5th, the Superdome was finally emptied. (I just saw a documentary)
