I remember that ICE and the DOJ found that part of the probable cause to hold Kilmer Abrego Garcia was that he wore a Bulls cap. That signified to authorities that he was a gang member.
I'm gonna guess that Bulls caps are displayed in Chicago more than in any other city in the world. If ICE detains everyone they encounter in Chicago wearing a Bulls cap, the detention centers will be packed.
