"On May 12, 2010, Kennedy filed for divorce from Richardson. On May 16, 2012, Richardson was found dead in a building on the grounds of her home in Bedford, New York. The Westchester County Medical Examiner ruled the death a suicide due to asphyxiation from hanging.[432]
Before her death, Richardson had discovered Kennedy's personal journal from 2001, in which he recorded sexual encounters with 37 different women. According to Kennedy, Richardson passed the journal along "to her sisters with instructions that, if anything happened to her, [it should be] published in the press".[433][434] During their divorce, Richardson began exhibiting signs of drug and alcohol abuse and psychiatric distress.[426][435][436]
After her death, Kennedy won a court case against Richardson's siblings to have her buried alongside fellow Kennedy family members in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Centerville, Massachusetts, instead of closer to her siblings in New York. Shortly after her burial, Kennedy had her body disinterred and moved to an unmarked grave in an empty area of the cemetery."
He screwed around on her constantly, flaunted it to his friends, filed for divorce to continue on with other women and then after she committed suicide, to get back at her sisters, he drags them into court with his power and money, and of course claiming how much he cared for her, claimed her body despite being divorced and had her buried, seemingly for show, right next to the Kennedy's. Then he digs her up and throws her out for burial far from the rest and never had the decency to mark her grave. Of course the Kennedy power and money will never let her family ever do anything to correct this situation.
This was not just petty on his part. It was vindictive and sick and is one of the most despicable things I've ever seen a man do to his wife who he had openly disgraced so willingly and so often while they were married, then divorced her and then still sought to treat her like garbage in any way he could. Pure scum of the earth.
