38. I've heard a lot of oherwise sensible people say they voted for him over the economy

because inflation, while increasing more slowly, was still going up post Covid and they were having a tough time surviving.

I don't know a single person who admits to wanting to pwn the libs but that's probably because I don't cultivate stupid people as friends if I can help it.

Anyway, they've all gotten an ugly surprise, with prices rising much,much faster than they did during the initial "supply chain disruption: period post Covid and hoo boy, there is one hell of a lot of buyer's remorse out there. People who voted for that asshole on the off chance he'd do better on inflation are in a real world of hurt right now, so I'm keeping the "I told you sos" to a nonexistent minimum.

I just hope they get a little smarter next time and vote for a nice, boring technocrat instead of more chaos.
