Before the Supreme Court was dominated by blind partisan conservative ideologues, citizens could seek relief in the courts from laws and measures that violated constitutionally protected rights.

That’s no longer the case.

In essence, with the overturning of Roe, the Court has indicated that it’s no longer in the business of protecting constitutional rights – citizens must now seek relief via to political process – and failing to do that, citizens are subject to the fear, ignorance, and stupidity, the racism, bigotry, and hate of the majority, subject to sanctioned discrimination and disadvantage, their right’s completely taken away.

And when the Court recently codified unitary executive dogma, it messaged to the people to take care of whom you vote for president – elect a fascist thug and autocratic despot like Trump, and expect to have your rights and liberties violated with impunity, where the peoples’ only recourse is the impeachment process or the next General Election, the former rendered useless by Senate Republicans, the latter of no use when the people reelect a fascist thug and autocratic despot.
