In 2015, the most recent data I've seen in a quick check online, there were 1263 women in SC prisons - for drugs, crimes, murders, etc.
Imagine the cost to add 8000 more women each year!
Someone wants to make a fortune in prison grifts - from construction of new prisons, prison food, concessions, clothing. Could become SC's biggest industry.
Are you friggin' kidding me?!
