8. Lawsuits. There are grounds for several in this one incident.

If masked people grab civilians and refuse to identify themselves, folks should call the local cops and report a kidnapping. Get police involved, press charges, make damn sure there are police reports filed.

I know the cops will not arrest each other, but official police reports are powerful documentation to be used in civil suits. Police reports should also contain the ID of the ICE agents.

Flood the courts with lawsuits. If ICE has to pay out hundreds of thousands or more for every civilian they rough up or kidnap without cause then people are going to start waking up. If ICE agents are held personally liable, they will think twice before they grab people without cause and forcibly shove them into vans.

ICE cannot help but break the law. They have thousands of new hires with no experience or qualifications, and they are being briefly "trained" under the supervision of rabid hate-monger Tom Homann. They are going to be acting illegally because A) they don't know the law and B) they are being trained to dehumanize people and C) they are being taught they are unaccountable and untouchable.
