And most people they know in a very bad way with no hope for getting better. They will wait until they personally lose or can't afford healthcare, until they lose their paycheck or things they spend on cost so much even credit cards are overwhelmed. Until their spouses and children die or they get a disease that could have been prevented. Until ICE comes for them or their friends and they are beaten for no reason.
