It singles out a particular girl by name, then calls her "fully depreciated." Which in that sewer world of theirs means already molested and/or raped. And it says she is a commodity that can be sold. At a discount. And this is a joke between them.

And the media continues to whitewash it by referring to the "fully depreciated woman" when even the perverts refer to her as a girl.
