8. Working at a gas station that day

Absolute chaos. Every person in my area rushed to fill up their tanks. The line of cars stretched for miles in both directions.

It was very hot out, so I took ice water to folks in line. The credit card machine went down, we had to do them manually.

Everyone was in shock and scared.
