There is something odd about many of the words I hear from Trump during his oval office speech.

During a 9/11 memorial event on Thursday morning, Donald Trump could be seen with the side of his mouth drooping down in a completely unnatural way that is frequently seen when people are having a stroke. He was shaking his head around, too, also in an unnatural way. He has exhibited multiple symptoms that are common in people suffering from mini strokes this week, like the bizarre way that he's been speaking in all of his public appearances this week.
