Yup, Miller is describing the envious, malicious, and soulless tRump regime.

maga has been proven wrong so many times in school, university and work that they are envious. After all they draw heavily from the below-average.

tRump regime pumps up the cruelty of ICE in the most malicious way.

Soulless tRump is entirely transactional, especially if he benefits financially.
