9. I was disappointed to read that "Legal Malpractice" can only be charged by a client who engaged a lawyer ....

so, in principle, Turnip (or his DOJ) has standing to sue the lawyer who brought these charges, but Cook, who was targeted by this lawyer, does not ??

Could US taxpayers, who are paying his salary, bring a class action against the lawyer for legal malpractice ? I wouldn't expect it to get to the finish line with the DOJ being captive to Turnip, but it's something to wonder about.

It certainly seems like disbarment should be only the beginning of his problems.
