Though Hegs is also an idiot. He is a flunkie who got bounced from a competitive officer's program and he has been carrying an inferiority complex. He is projecting his being out competed by minorities and women, who are likely multigenerational military along with havimg better character. This dude thinks he was "discriminated" against where they were better prepared and don't waste time and health getting drunk.
