I think the obvious tactic Democrats are missing is to demand that any measure passed include total and immediate release of all Epstein files. "We want justice for these victims and are fed up with the protection of those who savagely abused these young girls."

It reaches across standard political divides, even to those who don't understand the ACA yet condemn it anyway. Force the GOP to own their protection of pedophiles. Make them swallow the poison pill.
