25. The projection onto Chump's Washington DC hotel was done in 2017

Someone from across the street, not too far away, came up with the idea. Since they did this from their own property (not a government building) Chump was unable to twist their arm and make it stop.

After his first term was over, Chump no longer managed the DC hotel. So the projection stopped after that.
