2. Watching the video and seeing how long

they all just nonchalantly stood around or went about their other activities after they all saw he had collapsed was horrifying. No sense or care about what is happening in the moment.

It is like the video where a grandmother is rushing a 3 year old to the emergency room because the child has begun to bleed from the nose, vomit blood and is very lethargic. A cop pulls her over for speeding and rather than realizing the moment of danger for the child and giving her an escort he grabs her out of the car, she ends up on the ground in cuffs and he puts her in the back of the squad and then berates her and belittles her over and over while the sick child is left in Grandma's vehicle.

Many years ago in a small town a relative of mine who was 6 months pregnant got stopped by a local cop in the dead of winter for an expired tag. Snow was blowing all around and it was brutally cold. He wrote her the ticket, towed the vehicle and then drove away and left her standing there all alone with no ride. Long before cell phones. Luckily the tow truck driver knew her husband and he immediately called his dispatch on the radio once he drove a block away and had them call the husband.
