However, I'd be willing to bet that the majority of Americans have never heard of Sinclair Broadcasting. When they turn on the ABC station they think whatever they see is coming from ABC.

ABC should have never caved. They should have kept Kimmel and forced Sinclair to air a statement that they were preempting the Kimmel broadcast to air the Kirk tribute and that ABC was not endorsing that decision.

Instead, ABC are weasels. Sinclair are fascists. And we are screwed.
