but Obama should troll tRump with threats to run again himself. The likely jacked-up bullshit “interpretation” of the Constitution that the Rs would use to justify it - “the amendment limits a President to two *consecutive terms, it doesn’t apply to non-consecutive terms” - would apply to Obama, as well.
