Vampire PACs just won't quit. Burn them here! [View all]
I nominate ProChoiceDems, electdiversedems, and, especially STFU PAC as the worst of the vampire PACs.
I can just see the guys who came up with STFU PAC sitting around daring each other to come up with a more ridiculous PAC name. “Hey, you guys! I’ve got a great one! How about Shut The Fuck Up PAC?” Hilarious laughter all around. Wiping their eyes, “Yeah. We gotta try that just for shits and giggles.”
It’s not funny, of course, because STFU PAC is claiming to raise money for Yes on 50 campaign in California. ProChoiceDems hits on just about any issue including this week the Jimmy Kimmel thing. Last week it was some other outrage. Elect Diverse Dems is similarly ready to jump on any outrage to help them raise money. Precious little if any actually gets spent promoting actual Democratic Party electoral goals. F-em
