It is the invasion of space. Way more than once, I've had to sit in an uncomfortably small space (trains, buses, and planes are the worst) because some man insists in taking my space with his "manspread" legs.

(Or, not quite as bad, a man uses this tactic to prevent someone from sitting next to him - forcing me to stand or sit in a different (often less comfortable) seat.)
