...the bulk of it. There is still plenty to go around, but it's relatively easy to avoid. And avoid is what my wife and I are both doing, apparently.

She is from WNY, and says she will NEVER give up her citizenship, although she does have the legally mandated Canadian Permanent Resident status, but has totally reached her limit with the f'ing craziness going on below the 49th. Channel gets changed if the news starts to head that way, and a total household ban on his name, actions or descriptions.

This is far from being a bolt from the blue. After Election Day 2016, she got literally zero sleep and cried constantly for hours, then off and on for three days. She was dreading how hard life could end up being for her two granddaughters whose father is Puerto Rican, and look more than 50% of that identity. I was less doom-and-gloom about it then, but I have to admit my optimism is waning.

NOTHING that the govt. is doing offers any kind of hopeful sign whatsoever. The rate at which this roller coaster to Hell is gaining speed is jaw-dropping.
