4. I don't think Grijalva is scheduled to be sworn in until next month.

I could be wrong.

The current CR expires at midnight September 30. Last I checked there are no new talks and lawmakers will be out of town.

The shutdown could begin Oct. 1st, the start of the new fiscal year, before Grijalva is sworn in, correct me if I'm wrong.

Would have been nice to take a stand on the CR back in March, correct me if I'm wrong.
