14. Gennifer Flowers, Elizabeth Gracen, Dolly Browning, and Sally Perdue

All of them have admitted to affairs with Bill Clinton. Clinton himself acknowledged Gennifer Flowers but claimed it only happened once.

And that's not getting into the claims from multiple women that he assaulted them.
