Fortunately statutes of limitations prevent prosecution of just about anything that happened more than five years ago, which protects Clinton and Obama (which is why Trump was pushing AG Barbie so hard to indict Comey right away), but Biden is still a likely target. And I wouldn't put it past them to fake some recent "evidence" to go after Obama and Clinton, too.
