or catch NewtZi into something anti-American in 1997? All the agents back then were busy 24/7 tracking down the Clenis.

The FBI didn't have time to check on guys in long robes learning to fly airplanes down in Florida because the FBI and every republican in Washington DC was totally focused on Billy Boy's Boinger!
