4. Right. We can see many of his risk factors with our own eyes.

He is obese, delights in eating a very poor diet, and doesn't get much exercise. He doesn't drink but has been addicted to Adderall for decades.

We can guess that he has hypertension and high cholesterol. We don't know how well they might be controlled.
