to be played when he isn't "up to it" anymore instead of his actual appearances. I'm thinking of his obsession with a101% need for constant attention, whether or not he is actually speaking "live". Since he is a media/TV whore I wouldn't put this past him. He'll add a 47th coat of orange spackle to his fat, fucking face and bruised hands when he is in fact propped up in a bed, on a ventilator, with a puppet master making his mouth move and Steven Miller's voice come out. Sort of a ventriloquist act.
