That the aid would ever reach them. Why would they trust Israel to do that when the international community has verified there is an active famine in Gaza?
Literally the only people saying there is no starvation is Israel and the US.

Netanyahu literally said at the UN that there will never be a Palestinian state. That there will never be a two state solution. I think that makes their intentions clear.
