And now the site is back. Looks like they finally re-registered the domain. I guess when the site was sold, nobody bothered to monitor the domain and let its registration lapse.

All the articles are dated Oct, 3. I would think that a site that centers on the Supreme Court would have newer articles considering today is the beginning of a new session.

I bet if you cleared your cookies, you's get the same expired URL page I get.
