Roosevelt failed when he tried it. Likewise with an impeachment of Thomas. I'm afraid we are stuck with them until some die off. Please stop blaming Democrats for things that are beyond their control. If we get a majority of Congress back we might be able to do something about the Fascist presidential immunity ruling.
