The Repuke Party has control of every branch of government.
Therefore, budgetary failure is their fault. Pres Dotard even said it himself years ago when he said the President is ultimately responsible for a shutdown failure. We've all seen the clip.

Unfortunately, this country is LOADED with morons who are too stupid to learn any facts beyond what Fux Noise shoves down their throats. Fux Noise will NEVER play that Dotard clip. Rest assured.
