1. My paternal grandfather came from "Yugoslavia" according to my dad, not sure exactly which region but we think Croatia!

It was the 20's or 30's, I forget which. I've seen his name on the Ellis Island ship records (though not sure if that means he specifically arrived at Ellis Island or if those records are more general).
