Poland was already occupied when they went there. The Polish military ordered their troops not to attack the Soviets because they were coming to denazify the country. The Soviets deported Polish Jews to Russia so they wouldn’t be exterminated.

You might as well say England and France cooperated with the Nazis. When the Soviets went to them and said “Hey, we need to get together and kill these guys.” They refused the offer.

The Soviets never collaborated with the Nazis.
