The USA is seen as a failing economy, slowly withering on the vine.

The money, for the past 10 years, is now with what are called emerging countries. This might explain why there is an accelerated push to extract as many trillions out of our economy so the billionaires can invest it elsewhere, and that elsewhere isn't America.
