2. He wouldn't use a variation of the Nobel name

because he would want it to seem like it's better than the Nobel, not just something like it. He'd call it the America Peace Forever Prize or something like that, and it would be a big gold trophy, something that looked like the Stanley Cup that he could put on the mantel in the Oval Office, and it would be bigger, more or nate and golder than the other tchotckes.
