There are multiple armed militant Islamic groups in Gaza. Could have been one of them. Israel's forbearing this violation so far, perhaps because of the grayness of the situation and eliminated the violation of the ceasefire. But documentation is building a case for terminating forbearance.

Then again, one side will listen to the first half of the news story and accept the second; the other will ignore the first half and claim that somehow it's all Israel's fault.

Consider these to have been compelled to abide by the terms of the ostensibly voluntary ceasefire. They're disarmed. Even if they're not Hamasites and didn't agree to the ceasefire--after all, Hamas is too busy imposing its armed rule, killing protestors and those who challenge its supremacy and authority to worry about disciplining allies and fellow-travelers.
