Alina Habba May Have Been Inappropriately Appointed As US State Attorney [View all]

A lower court already ruled she was inappropriately appointed because she was not Senate confirmed. Yesterday, she made her appeal before the 3rd Circuit Appeals Court. If she is ruled to have been inappropriately appointed, that means that Halligan was inappropriately appointed and Comey's prosecution gets tossed.

Politico reports that several prosecutors have been similarly appointed by Krasnov, without Senate confirmation.

This means that all of Habba's cases get thrown out, drug dealers, etc, get tossed and must be re-tried throwing the courts into chaos.

Then again, we always have the fascist Supreme Court who can rule that Krasnov can violate the law and appoint whoever he wants, without Senate approval.

Instead of keeping track how often Krasnov lies, someone should keep track how often he breaks the law, or how often the SC allows him?
