33. I'm doubting they have an actual permit rather than just some

"letter of intent" sort of scenario. The plan commission didn't meet and approve any plans prior to the shutdown that anybody is aware of. If they had we can be sure that Crumb The 1st would have been bragging about it. I also think that the local DC government would have been required to review and sign off since there may be changes to utilities like sewer and water and also any impact to street traffic during construction.

My strong suggestion is that if the Dems are able to regain control of the WH that they obtain "donations" to have this garish monstrosity torn down and the WH restored to what it was prior to 2016.
