Those were either needed reconstruction and upgrading or out buildings. Obama put in a basketball court GASP! …BTW basketball is the only big completely American created sport.

These are stupid needless tacky ass low rent vanity projects.

BTW - Obama just added baskets and painted lines on the tennis court. Trump built a tennis pavilion. Unless it’s staff I’ve never heard of anyone playing tennis there. He removed the basketball lines because of course he did.
